Fly Fly Fly is track 3 taken from the album Towards Vertical part 1 of the Barefoot Goddess Trilogy. Coach Helen Hall welcomes us to the opening stage of our run, in this section she explains clearly how to get into this new efficient gear by foreshortening the stride, and how to master the touch-down position. In this section we are not running yet, we are focusing on embedding very high cadence and teaching ourselves how to use our biggest and most efficient running muscles our buttocks and hamstrings. Fly Fly Fly!!!
